The Bronx Wanderers Hartford Concert reviews
Jim Gaffigan was Amazing!
This amazingly hilarious show was a great experience, with most of the jokes being new to me (I didn't know what to expect next). The theater roared with applause as he surprised everyone by running back out on stage and apologizing for having to go eat a 'Hot Pocket' because he had been hungry. After the show, some people were disappointed that he didn't do any of his 'famous' jokes. His opening act was also great. The lack of visibility to the main stage was the only downside. Fortunately, they did have 2 large screens showing the stage. It was very warm in the arena, but this was to be expected for this type of indoor show with so many people. Before the show began, we were strictly told that no audio, video, or pictures were allowed - or you would be kicked out of the show. I kind of tall (5'9") so I didn't have as much difficulty viewing the stage, but my sister is fairly short (5'2") so she couldn't see the stage at all. I paid good money for the tickets ($120), so I think I should be at least allowed a picture of The Bronx Wanderers. Overall - it was a great show & I would definitely recommend seeing The Bronx Wanderers live!
